Description
DigiTRACC, a world class web-portal encompassing a database of industry best practices, facilitates the assessment and planning of the processes required to improve internal operational efficiencies for a wide range of industries including manufacturing and supply chain management. DigiTRACC provides a staged approach to address operational deficiencies resulting in ongoing reiterative improvement recommendations, in increased maturity levels, aspiring towards world class status.
Full support for multiple languages allows CCI’s multi-national customers access to their best practice solution across any geographical boundaries. DigiTRACC has fully integrated reporting and charting capabilities seamlessly integrating into the Microsoft Office suite.
The DigiTRACC BackOffice allows CCI to create custom instances of the application for distribution to their clients, as well as handling the licensing, encryption and unlock processes.
